Michelle was born in London, England, and was raised with Trinidadian and St. Vincent values.
Michelle is a tenacious, “Type-A” personality, who is definitely a diva for details.She brings over 15 years of event planning experience where she has designed, developed and implemented events and sponsorship programs at large companies.
Michelle’s entrepreneurial spirit and her passionate approach to event planning, has led her to start her own event planning company, Sophisticated Approach.
Michelle has served on the board, as the Director of Events for the Black Business & Professional Association (BBPA) where she spearheads decor and event operations for the Annual Harry Jerome Awards as well as the planning and implementation of the BBPA Exchanges.
Michelle says, “With God, all things are Possible. And I believe as long as I stay true to myself, continue to love my family, and remain humble, I’m good, because I know from whom my blessings come from.”
