Returns Policy

We have a returns policy in place to ensure our customers can return any faulty items purchased from Style Locker. We are happy to refund or exchange your order if the product is faulty, this will always be done by post. If at all you are not entirely happy with your purchase see below for details of our returns policy.

You can return any faulty item for us to check, we will refund or exchange where ever appropriate. If you would like a refund or exchange on your purchase then please visit the contact us page for our address. If the product /products are unused please return in original packaging and in a resalable condition within 7 days of purchase. A receipt is required as proof of purchase with no acceptations. We regret to inform you that we can not refund your return postage costs.

Please give us up to three weeks to process your refund once we have received your goods. The refund will be credited back to the same payment card account used to purchase with.

We will email you to confirm receipt of your order and send a further email to confirm your goods have been dispatched. As soon as we sell out of a product the information will be removed from the website.

Every effect is made to ensure the accuracy of our product information. However, if there is a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund.
