34) Submitting Your Application *
Use the built-in on-line protocol for submitting your application. Immediately thereafter, submit supporting documents in a separate email to the NSF as noted in Item 35. Submit your application by the deadline of Friday, June 16, 2017.

35) Electronic Submission of Supporting Documents *
Immediately after submitting your scholarship application, you must send an email to the BBPA National Scholarship Fund ( with the following documents attached in PDF format:

i: A Letter of Recommendation from your Teacher: PDF format
ii: A Letter of Recommendation from a member of your Community: PDF format
iii: Your Academic Transcript: PDF format.

Should you experience a delay in obtaining your hardcopy original transcripts, we will extend the receipt of your transcript to a June 30, 2017 deadline.

Note: Indicate your name (Surname, Given Name) on the subject line of all emails sent to the NSF Office. (Example: Doe, John)

36) Submitting Your Hardcopy Original Transcript *
You must submit a hardcopy original of your academic transcript to the NSF Office no later than Friday, June 30, 2017. It must be received by the NSF by June 30, 2017. Refer to Items 21 and 22 of this application form for details about your academic transcript. (See the NSF’s address in Item 36)
