a) Submitting Your Application *
Use the built-in on-line protocol for submitting your application. Immediately thereafter, submit supporting documents in a separate email to the BBPA National Scholarships as noted in Item 35. Submit your application by the deadline of Friday, May 31, 2019.

b) Electronic Submission of Supporting Documents *
Immediately after submitting your scholarship application, you must send an email to the BBPA National Scholarships (scholarships@bbpa.org) with the following documents attached in PDF format:

i: A Letter of Recommendation from your Teacher: PDF format
ii: A Letter of Recommendation from a member of your Community: PDF format
iii: A Letter of Recommendation from a coach or director of an extracurricular activity: PDF format
iv: Your Academic Transcript: PDF format.

Should you experience a delay in obtaining your hard copy original transcripts, we will extend the receipt of your transcript to a June 30, 2019 deadline.

Note: Indicate your name (Surname, Given Name) on the subject line of all emails sent to the BBPA National Scholarships Office. (Example: Doe, John)

c) Submitting Your Hardcopy Original Transcript *
You must submit a hardcopy original of your academic transcript to the BBPA NS Office no later than Sunday, June 30, 2019. It must be received by the BBPA NS by June 30, 2019. Refer to Items 22 of this application form for details about your academic transcript. (See the National Scholarships' address in Item 38)
