Course Description

The BBPA/Say It Loud, The Business of Culinary Arts Program, is designed to help young culinary enthusiasts on the art of cooking as well as starting a business in the food industry.

It provides the tools to improve their culinary skills as well as mentor attendees on the dynamics of succeeding as a chef in today’s world. The program spans 24 weeks and will offer experiential activities to boost learning.

Class Size
30 students; minimum enrollment is 10 students.

The program targets young individuals or teams seeking to strengthen their culinary skills and create a structure around the business of food.
