The Who Am I Program (for youth) is a self development course targeted at the youth aged 14-20 to empower them in this new world of dynamic shifts in acknowledging anti-racism, oppression and microaggressions. It will provide an in-depth curriculum understanding of self-esteem, institutional frameworks of workplace norms and business acumen of understanding finances, navigating the workplace and society as a whole.
- The course meets for 2 hours every week, for 8 weeks.
- Class is held Tuesdays at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.
- All classes are held on Zoom, a web-conferencing platform. A built-in camera and microphone are required.
30 students; minimum enrollment is 10 students.
This course is free for all BBPA Members. The course costs $45 for non-Members.
Geared towards youth aged 14-20 interested in self-development and empowerment.

RIGHTS (overview of the Human Rights code and applicable policies)
Deconstructing Race, Racism and Privilege (understanding Anti-racism, oppression, ABR and white privilege)
Public Speaking 101 (The Art of Articulation and Presence)
Interviewing Skills (Honing knowledge, skills and comprehension of job criterion)
Stepping Out with Conviction (course completion with culminating exercise and certificate presentation)
