Shai-Ann James is a Child and Youth Worker who is passionate about bringing awareness to Mental Health. She has graduated with Honours from Brock University and Durham College where she studied various Mental Health Diagnosis and had first had experience working with children, youth and their families.

She recent has started her own company, The Core Mental Health which focuses on mentorship, relief and education on Mental Health. Her goal is to let people know they are not alone in their struggle and that you can overcome!
