Course Description
Business 101; BBPA Entrepreneurship Program highlights and teaches individuals the ins and outs of forming a business plan, connecting to a specific market, marketing the products and/or service, scheduling meetings, getting funding, designing digital transformation and sustainability. It helps small to medium-sized businesses become more self-reliant and competitive and allows them to accelerate their growth. It provides the tools to make more informed business decisions to foster more sustainable economic growth. It is a series of modules that offer expert advice, develops skills, supports and mentors Black business owners and professionals on the path to corporate success.
Course Schedule
- The course meets for 2 classes per week, for 6 weeks.
- Class is held Tuesdays at 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST.
- Each class is 60 minutes.
- All classes are held on Zoom, a web-conferencing platform. A built-in camera and microphone are required.
Class Size
30 students; minimum enrollment is 10 students.
Price
This course is free for all BBPA Members. The course costs $45 for non-Members.

Geared towards individuals or teams seeking to strengthen their capacity in entrepreneurship and business.
