Course Description
The Who Am I Program (for women) is a self development course targeted at young ladies and women looking to empower themselves in this new world of dynamic shifts in acknowledging inequality, anti-racism, oppression and microaggressions. It will be executed in two streams for two demographics of women; 14-19 year old and 20-29 year old women. It will provide an in-depth curriculum understanding of self-esteem, institutional frameworks of workplace norms and business acumen of understanding finances, navigating the workplace and society as a whole.
Course Schedule
- The course meets twice a week for 2 hours every week, for 4 weeks.
- Class is held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.
- All classes are held on Zoom, a web-conferencing platform, excluding the first 2 sessions that will be held at the BBPA office. A built-in camera and microphone are required for the subsequent zoom sessions.
Class Size
30 students; minimum enrollment is 10 students.
Price
This course is free for all BBPA Members. The course costs $45 for non-Members.

Geared towards young ladies and women interested in self-development and empowerment.
