    The heart of the BBPA is The Centre of Excellence. The Centre is a hub for Canada’s Black communities to meet, engage, and participate in the BBPA’s programs that all have one true focus: To promote and foster Black Excellence.

    The BBPA’s new Centre of Excellence offers space for the training and facilitation of workshops and educational programs.
