Ian Tolliver
Young Professional (YP) Co-Chair
Ian Tolliver was born and raised in Nova Scotia. In 1997 he moved to Toronto and obtained a Diploma in Computer Programming. Ian believes in continuous learning and is currently pursing certification in Project Management.
Ian’s professional career includes employment at the Bank of Montreal for almost a decade. First, as a personal banker, Ian negotiated various loan agreements and sold investment products. More recently, as a Commercial Profitability Analyst, Ian manages commercial portfolios with loans of at least one million dollars.
An important aspect of Ian’s life is his dedication to giving back to his community. Ian is an active member of Junior Achievement of Canada, where he works with young students to discover their leadership, entrepreneurial and workforce readiness skills. Ian also is the Young Professional Chair for the Black Business Professional Association (BBPA) and a member of the Urban Financial Servicers Coalition (UFSC).
